Yearly wellness visits are a key factor in maintaining pet health. During the yearly wellness visit, we recommend a fecal exam to ensure that your pet is healthy and free of intestinal parasites. Remember to bring in a stool sample if possible, and all of your pet's previous medical records for the examination.
For exotic pets, the annual wellness visit is even more crucial, because it is often more difficult for owners to tell when these pets are feeling under the weather. For adolescent, senior, or chronically ill exotic pets, more frequent examinations may be recommended.
Diagnostics are the detective work that we do when we suspect your pet is sick. They can range from a physical examination, or radiology, or lab work, or all three. We take pride in offering effective and fast diagnostic services.
