We would like to thank you, our amazing clients, for your patience as we work through a very busy time...the love and support you show keeps us motivated!
Dublin Veterinary Hospital has experienced the same crisis of increased pet ownership and limited staff as many other practices during the pandemic. We have hired more support staff and a new doctor this past July, Dr. Katya Luckenbach, along with additional support staff which is why you may see some new faces.
We care deeply about providing quality care to your beloved pets and appreciate your understanding as we do our best with our current workload. We ask that you keep this in mind when scheduling appointments, as we are scheduling routine visits 3-4 weeks out. If you are referring your friends, please note we are scheduling our new clients 4 weeks out to ensure we are able to see our current patients.
If you need to refill your pets medication, flea & tick medication, or food, the wait time is longer than in previous times. We ask that you ensure that if your pet’s medication or food is running low, to call as soon as possible so your pet does not run out of medication/food.
Our inventory of our prescription diets have been hit hard with the many issues of backordered items and delayed shipping. We can write prescriptions for you if needed and we do have an online pharmacy that may have the food and medications in stock. Click here to visit Dublin Veterinary Hospital’s online pharmacy and start shopping.
Return phone calls may take a little longer as we triage cases and take care of those more urgent ones first. We can always be reached via email: email@example.com.
Our doctors and support staff are working tirelessly to ensure that each patient receives quality care medicine. Wait times have been longer due to the local emergency rooms being at capacity, even closing the doors temporarily, sometimes they are diverting cases or have a 6-8 hour wait time to be seen. We ask kindly to please be patient with us as we get through these tough times.
We continue to serve pets in our community. For the most up-to-date hospital information, please visit our Facebook page by clicking here.
